Country Suite

The Country Suite is a double suite located on the main floor. It features two adjoining rooms with a connecting door, an oversized private bathroom with double sinks and a private veranda to the countryside. It is suitable for families, couples and friends traveling together. It features a king size bed and a queen Murphy bed in separate rooms.

The San Juan Suite faces the north porch with beautiful views of the San Juan Mountains. It features a king size bed and a queen size murphy bed, an oversized bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, large shower and double sinks. The wood carved fireplace at its private sitting area as well as the beautiful stain glass windows are pieces of artwork.

Our Policies

All rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast and complimentary drinks and appetizers at our Happy Hour every evening. Additional charges apply for guests over 11 years old.

We are a pet-friendly lodge in Pagosa Springs. Two of our suites, the Country Suite and Shogun Suite, allow pets. These rooms have outside entrances, ensuring pets do not pass through the house’s common areas. A $30 pet cleaning fee per pet applies. Please note that pets are not allowed to stay at the B&B without their owners.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please be considerate of other guests when smoking.

Late Check-out Hour: 1:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: 0% (with previous notice the night before)

Cancellation Policy

If you booked directly with us over the phone or at elkwoodmanor.com, there are no charges for cancellation requests received up to 3:00 pm two days prior to your scheduled arrival date. After this time a no-show is in place and the first night of all rooms in the reservation will be charged.
If you booked through any other channel the confirmation email for such channel will define the applicable cancellation policy.

Terms and Conditions

Charges apply for additional guests over 11 years old.
6.9% sales tax and 2% lodging tax are not included in our prices and are added to your final balance.
Parking, wi-fi, breakfast and happy hour are provided at no charge.
Special arrangements are necessary for arrivals after 9 pm. Please call us at 970-264-9166 to make such arrangements.
